It's been more than 2 weeks since I've updated - what's that tell you?? Things are in full swing here with school
Thanksgiving at our house is not a day but an attitude. We discovered we are a lot more thankful when I don't work all day at school on Wednesday, spend all night in the kitchen and am up at the crack of dawn on Thursday to finish the cooking. So Thursday is a day - the menu is pizza and Thanksgiving is the next day, with all the trimmings.
